changing workgroup to domain

Dear all

i want to change my entier infrastructure to work-group to domain..what are the things i done..

my current status was

1.all system in workgroup.

2.user data was stored a shared folder(named-data).

3.all printers are shared networking.

please help me to plan a good and secure infrastructure to implement on my office.
