GPO Security Filtering Issue

Good evening,

I'm having an issue with a GPO that's using Security Filtering. We set up one of our clients with security groups for each store location. Each store also has a GPO that sets a specific login script to map network drives.

Recently, we moved a user from one security group (store1) to another (store2). When logging in, he's still getting the drive maps for store1. Running Group Policy Results from Group Policy Management shows the GPO for store2 as: Denied GPO (Access Denied: Security Filtering). It also shows "Security Group Membership when Group Policy was applied" as being in store1. In AD, he is very clearly in store2, not store1. I've tried removing and re-adding him to the group, but no luck. Any idea why GP is seeing him as being in the wrong groups?
