I have this client that has their users profiles (desktop and documents) redirected to the server via GPO. I installed a new server, created the profiles folder and changed the GPO to point to the new server.
About 70% of the users migrated perfectly. It moved all the profile files to the new server. The rest just wouldn't get done. I'm getting event ID 502 "Failed to apply policy folder "Desktop" to (location of new server) Redirection options=0x9009".
"The following error occurred: "Failed to redirect because the destination directory (original profile folder) is offline". Error details: "The network path was not found".
