How do I update the Group Policy Management Console?

I currently am trying to change some GPOs for windows 7 tweaks, yet I don't have any of the windows 7 settings in my group policy management console. I'm thinking this may be a windows update.

Does anyone know.

My DC is Windows Server 2008
