Exclude single user from folder redirection WinServer2003

Hey Spiceheads,

as mentioned in the topic im looking for a way to exclude one user from the Folder redirection policy.

Its because hes working from out of office. His connection to our Domain network is kinda slow and folder redirection is causing most of useless traffic for him.

Its an all newly created account only for this reason.

EDIT: Environment: WS:win 7 professional   Server: Win Server 2003 (not the R2..)
