PTC Windchill and AD integration help

Hello Spiceheads,

Been trying for the last 3 weeks to make sense of PTC Windchill's instructions to all AD integration for SSO with no luck.  Wondering if there are any Spiceheads that have done this and could provide more help.  

Setup: 

Server 2k8 (32 bit) as DC

Server 2k8r2 (64bit) PTC Windchill (10.1 M20) with SQL back end

I am currently rolling back my dev vm and will post screen shots in the morning.
