Hi Everyone,
We're moving to remote deployment of printers via GPO and we've run into a snag. Some bit of software we use requires a "Print to file" printer with a specific name.
GPO does not provide an option to do this (to my knowledge) with either GP Preferences or Printer Management > Deploy.
I do have a script that copies the needed files and installs it locally, but i'd prefer not to have it copy the files every time a computer/user logs in.
Is there another way to install this, or perhaps a way to detect the printer and end the bat script if it exists?
