Unable to map home drive defined in user Profile tab

Server 2008R2, Windows 7. User maps drives via login script. The home drive is mapped via pre-defined H: drive that points to \\IP\home$\username. User has full rights to the root of home drives (home$ share) including her own folder of course. There are no conflicts in drive letters in login script, - H: is not used there. There are no h/w conflicts when some card readers take H: drive, - she only has a C: and D: drives in device manager. I can manually map her H: drive. She can also get to her folder browsing through Z: which is mapped to the root of home drives \\IP\Home$

I've reset her as an authorized user of her home drive with full rights to no avail. This happens on all computers I've tried so far. On her own though, while mapping H: to her home folder, I was prompted for username/password while on the other computer I was not.
