I'm trying to sell my Boss on going to active directory. We use office 365 online.
We currently have 12 users on 8 individual computers and a couple laptops.
All files are stored on a file server with a mapped HDD.
Many computers have 10 users.
With all the IT work I am doing, moving to each machine and trying to admin each one, keeping the business in line is becoming a headache. I need to know what the risks are in using AD over a work group.
P.S. I'm trying to get them to replace the computers with clients for ease and power usage; thin client or zero client and why.
