We have a MPLS network. 3 sites
domain name: adc.local
site1 = DC1 = 10.1.1.100
site2 = DC2 = 10.1.2.100
site3 = DC3 = 10.1.3.100
I have setup IP block under the site and services to go to the correct DC. My question is It is not working as I expected it to work or maybe it is. Please advise if this is correct.
I am from site1 with an IP address of 10.1.1.15. When I do a ping adc.local it goes to 10.1.2.100. Any reason why it is going to a remote DC2 10.1.2.100 instead of DC1 10.1.1.100?
when I do a echo %LOGONSERVER% it is showing DC1. so that is correct. Buy why when I do a ping adc.local it is going to 10.1.2.100? that is my question. Is this normal?
