Issue with Group Policies

Howdy Spiceworks! Hoping my fellow spiceheads can save me again :).

I'm working at a client who's environment we took over from someone else. This customer has 3 physical offices, but the AD was just a blob of information (in the default Users OU). I've been separating things out into OU by location, and having GPOs for each location to map the appropriate printers:

The users I am piloting are losing their printer connections. When I run GPRESULT, the GPO doesn't show up in applied or denied GPOs. I've been scratching my head for awhile (yes, I have moved the users in question into the "Administration" OU).

Here is the entire area where I am moving all of the users to, so you have an idea of the big picture:
