User complaining about slow log-in

The winlogon notification subscriber took 89 second(s) to handle the notification event (Logon).

I have also tracked down the specific GP that is delaying the login by quite some time, it appears to be the printers (there are 4 printers applied to this department by item level targeting and it is set to Update) (Completed Group Policy Printers Extension Processing in 83616 milliseconds).

We have GP applied to other departments and have not heard of any issues with slower than normal logins, and also I have not seen any errors in the Event Logs elsewhere except for this Policy being applied. I tested adding my...
