So I have been in IT for about six years, but always working in small companies, primarily fixing computers. Now I feel I am in need of moving our company, which has grown from 6 computers to over 40, onto AD. We have a relatively new server, but a lot of windows 8 machines (pro, mind you) and windows 7 home machines.
Where do I start creating a domain? How do I migrate all these users from a workgroup environment to a domain environment? It feels like an enormous beast at the moment!
