Trying to add new computer to Active DIrectory Domain, cant see network

I'm trying to add a new computer to our active directory domain, but the network isnt showing up. It just says unidentified network when its connected. I checked the NIC settings and theyre set to DHCP, not sure whats going on here. Could I be out of user CALS? I'm new to active directory so I'm not sure what happens when you run out of CALS or if its even related. Thanks for your help
