Here's my setup.
Windows 7 Pro desktop
My Documents and Desktop redirected to a network share on a Netgear ReadyNAS CIFS share attached to AD.
I have some users who float between two PCs on the same LAN. 1/2 day is spent on PC A, other 1/2 day is on PC B.
My issue is that they create a document on A and save it to My Documents and shutdown the PC. Log into B and open the document which is blank. Looking at A we see the attached screen shot from Sync Center with a conflict showing "this file changed on this computer and the server while this computer was offline"
As you can see the zero length file is showing on the network share while the local cache copy is "good". The user had several files like this and I have seen this with others users from time to time. Should I turn off the Offline feature entirely or what should my sync settings...
