Some domain users cannot obtain IP address.

I work at multinational company and I've been involved in Asia domain group.

So, basically, when overseas employees participate in our office for the meeting.

I simply connect our lan cable to their laptop.

I don't remember when, but their laptop cannot obtain IP address from our DHCP server.

However, their laptop can obtain IP address from any other wired network.

I am the IT manager at head office. so I am not this happening intended by Head office for security reasons.

So, I am wondering if there's a policy like this in Active directory environment.
