how can i create a powershell script to archive disabled users in AD

Hi Guys/Girls 

I`m extremely new to powershell, i want to create a script which will allow me to archive all inactive or disabled users within AD. 

So instead of manually moving the users to a disabled folder, is their anyway a script could be created so it could run, disable and move inactive users who say have not logged on in the last 90days or so?

I appreciate any advise, links or knowledge.
