Allowing users to change their own AD Password

HI,

At my school I've found that there is a link at the login page that allows me to reset my own password WITHOUT contacting the Network Admin.

Are there any free solutions to accomplish this? So far I've only heard of ManageEngine but I havent been able to find the time to try it on my Virtual Server which I use for Test Applications.
