GPO for Turning off Automatic Color Scheme: 8.1

Hey, all. I have a great GPO written for customizing the start screen, metro apps profile, desktop wallpaper...etc. I have it set to gray and everything is great...except the taskbar and menu items are not taking the gray. Instead, it changes to orange and in the personalization, it has the color set as automatic and grayed out (since we disable the ability to change it). I'm struggling to find this in the GPO on how to get this to stop being automatically set. Any ideas? I'm going to attach my GPO shortly...
