·From time to time a user will wait too long tochange his/her password, resulting in their Active Directory account expiring. Occasionally this will happen while the user is traveling, thus preventing theuser’s ability to sign into business critical resources. At this point, theuser can no longer VPN to change his or her password since the VPN utilizes nowexpired AD credentials to authenticate. It would seem the user is out of luckwithout the careful guidance of a Help Desk Administrator. The only way you canreach the user is on his/her mobile phone and there is no remote control toolon the laptop.
What steps would I need to take to reset the users password and ensure the laptop can login with the new credentials.
