Cloud based Active Directory... or IDaaS?

I'm new to IT admin and have fallen into this position by default since I have the most tech knowledge out of our small 8-person medical device start up company. Most of the other users at my company aren't savvy when it comes to managing their online presence. They re-use passwords, use easy passwords, store lists of passwords in .txt files on their desktop, the list goes on. We don't have any unique software needs besides email, file storage, CRM, and phone-conferencing. We all work from home and there is no on-site IT infrastructure like a server, so I'm finding browser-based apps for work that can be accessed and synced to a cloud infrastructure.

I'd like to find a way to easily and cheaply create a situation where all my users have a single username/password combination to access all of their apps and where that log on information...
