Software Restriction Policies problem

Hello,

I use Software restriction policies to block Cryptolocker. And everything was working alright, but lately I had to add a Path Rule that allows one program(magickjack)torun. But for some reason when I try to run magicjack it is still blocked :"This program is blocked by group policy, for more information contact Systems

In the Event Viewer I have that :Administrator".C:\Users\ddan\AppData\Roaming\mjusbp\magickjackloader.exe has been restricted by your Administrator by location with policy rule {15544135-be10-4b3a-8652-ae990acb9f44} placed on path C:\Users\ddan\AppData\Roaming\*\*.exe

Here are the rules in theGrouppolicy:
