I've got an issue that i've been putting on the back-burner for sometime now because of the lack of impact it's having.....until now.
Long story short, Windows 7 desktops, Server 2008 R2 AD/DC, 9 physical locations. All locations are connected via a 10Mb or 100Mb MPLS "pipe" to the corporate office. I have "My Desktop" and "My Documents" under each profile redirected to the corporate office. I've enabled "fast logins" as well as other GPO optimization features to help decrease WAN traffic to ensure timely logins. (99% of the other users have no issues what so ever and are pleased with the design.)
Random users are having issues logging into the computers with their domain credentials. They are presented with "Username or password is incorrect...etc etc" at the login screen. I initially thought they were mis-typing their...
