Reinstallation of Backup DC server

Hi guys,

i need help with reinstallation of backup domain controller (physical tower server) and moving to another physical server in our rack with keeping the DNS name and IP scheme.

All our server environment is now virtual except that physical BDC for AD load balancing and backup.

My plant is to remove that BDC from our domain, instal the new server and add it to domain as BDC and  keep OLD ip and domain name.

What's your proposal how to do this without messing anything ?
