Hello folks,
We are seeing a wierd issue where two users Accounts aregetting locked with 4740 event id. Caller Computer name isblank. Below are the items done,
1.Made sure the password is updated in user’sandroid mobile phone.
2.Logout all the Remote Desktop session
3.Removed all mapped drives
4.Removed all cached credentials that are used byjava related applications from browsers
5.Ensure no services are running on user’s account
6.Checked the EAS for any previously used mobilephones locking the account and found no devices.
7. Have asked the user to change his password but no luck
Please advise if there are any other things that can be checked.?
