Roaming Profiles Question

Hi,

I've recently migrated a file server from 2003 to a different server running 2008 and switched over 2-3 users to test everything is OK.

I've also created a new group policy which defines folder redirection, delete profiles on local driver after X days etc.

The problem I am facing is that with just 1 user out of the lot, it is coming up with "Windows cannot find your local profile and is logging you on with a temporary profile".

I've checked all the security (which is correct) on the top level drive and all the subfolders all the way down to this users profile folder, and all the security is exactly as it should be.

My thinking is that it could be a setting in group policy that I haven't defined, in event viewer it doesn't show any "access denied" errors to the path so I think it could be something like a GPO that isn't set to get the profile off the server first.

Finally, the user in question can access her profile and home folder from Windows Explorer.
