This may be a simple answer, but it's the first time I will be doing it, and I don't want to do it multiple times if necessary.
I want to migrate all the OUs, Groups, Users etc etc from the current AD (Server 2000) and bring them over to the new AD (Server 2008R2). Reason I need this is for file security reasons. They must be exact. As you guys know, zero down time.
What would be the best way to accomplish this. I have no issues with going through each and every piece of information or working a week or more on it for a smooth transition.
And no, we can't move to 2012 as of yet for many reasons.
