Set security internet and local intranet to high

I'm facing a problem to create a group policy to set security internet and local intranet to high

When I point to the following path in GP editor:

User Configuration --> Preferences --> Control Panel Setting

--> Internet Settings --> R.C and chose new it give me IE v. 5,6,7

and 8 only and most of client PC running IE 9,10 and 11

Is there any thing help to add those versions to GP Editor because I

need to set the security setting for internet and local intranet to high

urgently .
