On our old domain we have 3 domain controllers, 1 Server 2003 that is is the "Primary" domain controller, and 2 Server 2008 Servers (not R2) that are backup domain controllers. I want to "promote" one of the backup domain controllers to the "Primary" I believe to do this, I need to Transferring the FSMO Roles?
