I can't seem to find an answer to this one. I am trying to rollout a user group policy to a group that places a shortcut on their desktop and adds an ODBC DSN. They are running both XP and windows 7 clients. I have two physical 2003R2SP2 32-bit DC's and 1 Virtual 2012R2 DC. It worked for some but not all. After running Group Policy Modeling I get the following error: "The client-side extension caught the unhandled exception'0xC0000005' inside: 'threadEntry : client main' See trace file for more details." If I configure Group Policy Modeling to have the user use the 2012R2 domain controller the policy gets applied but if it uses either of the two 2003 controllers it fails with that error. I installed the client side extensions on both domain controllers but that didn't do the trick. Any ideas?
Thanks in advance for any help.
