This is now driving me crazy, I have a server 2008 SP2 enterprise domain controller and 1 2008 R2 Enterprise member server working as a terminal server. I have created a GPO and linked that GPO. The GPO applies to the 2008 R2 succesfully as shown by gpresult /v. The only thing is that the preferences within the GPO do not run at all. gpresult does not even show that it attempted to run the preference settings within the GPO. When I run the GPO result wizard the end result also does not list the preference settings within the result, because this does not run the event viewer does not show and warnings or errors, just information stating the GPO was successfull. Please not I have also moved the "user" directory to the d:drive and configured the registry accordingly. Any HELP would be most appreciated.
