Hi,
we are trying to deploy our new Ricoh MP C4503 to client using GPO rules which is largely working as expected.
The one remaining problem we are having is that the 'one touch' preset's that have been configured on the shared printer is not being distributed to the client PC's.
Is there a way of ensuring that these presets find their way to the end user without having to visit each machine physically?
