Hello,
We are having a Head office in one city hosting the AD server 2008 R2 std. (recently upgraded from WS 2003). This server holds all the 5 roles for the Domain.
In the branch office (our office) we have two ADC's, still on Sever 2003. We want to upgrade both servers now to 2008R2 std. Our ADC's play role of DNS for our site and authentication for all network devices is through these ADC's.
Would need guidance on how to prepare & promote new servers as ADC and decommission old server. Main areas to take care during this activity.
