One of our BI applications we use, has its own "version control application" (vcp.exe") this program checks dependencies and pulls down and install any needed files, or support programs. It has a /r flag which forces a "fresh" check of everything.
Every time we upgrade our application we push out a script so when the machine boots the system runs vcp.exe; running under the computer before login. However when the user starts the application it will hang on checking dependencies because it wants to re-check, but they dont have admin rights... Is there a way to have it run under admin context but within the users scope when they login once?
