Hello i came across a problem theres an outside user who is 85 years old. we enforced gpo when we were fixing his laptop before we sent it back out to him. and this caused another problem. We have local intranet as the home pages. thus causing the problem. he needs to be able to change the home page on chrome but this is greyed out. please help.
