Hello fellow Spiceheads,
I'm in a situation where I will shortly have to change every AD account, (100 +) persons in the company due to a longtime employee in the IT department being let go.
Another issue is I have a domain where my servers are on the domain (mapped drives) and the Cisco ASA (For VPN access) firewall is linked to AD via LDAP.
Laptops/desktops are in a workgroup configuration. Please don't hammer me on the security piece, my new domain will be in place in less than 1 month. (Rapidly growing company - actually IT is fun & exciting here!)
I don't want to say much more due to security concerns (whatever shred of security dignity I have left!) however it's vital I research ways of doing a mass AD password change in one fell swoop.
Figure it out - Your AD/VPN/Mapped Drives password is the same, no, users cannot change them, I know glaring security issue, however help (new domain) is just over the hill.
Is there a way to change every AD account in a domain simultaneously?
Thank you
