I work for part time for a school and a couple of the students are unable to logon. They receive the message "Group Policy Client Service Failed the Logon: Access is Denied". As far as I can tell, it happens on every PC whether they have logged in before or not. I'm not sure when it started but they have been students for years. The school has Win 7 and Sever 2008 R2. I believe they are using Roaming Profiles with Folder Redirection. I haven't found anything useful in the logs, but I'm not sure if I was looking in the right place anyway.
My thought is maybe a corrupt profile or some kind of permission issue.
I've found some solutions online, but they seem geared toward fixing 1 pc rather than a Domain environment
Anyone run into this before? I would like to fix it and try to keep it from happening again.
